#5 Hinge Rear spar for wing Super Rebel/Moose Upgrade

I am beginning to pre-build the rear spar in my head. Does the #5 hinge
(wing tip hinge) need to be shimmed to be in the correct position to
minimize/prevent binding. It seem that the hinge will be pulled forward to the
main spar extentions, based on adding up the part thicknesses. Or am I over
analyzing?

I appreciated the discussion regarding the electrical conduit last time I
posted a question.
