Full Lotus Mounting Arrangement

Hi I'm looking for input as to the EDGE Float Mounting arrangement Full
Lotus now have.
I'm building a Spring Gear Rebel R-449 and have not seen a Rebel mounted
by this method.
They use the existing aircraft landing gear, clamping to the axles and
only one rear strut per side, no diagonal struts or flying wires.
Anyone out there with experience or comments on this arrangement?
