[rebel-builders] Fw: Forward cabin floor channels

Post by Drew Dalgleish » Sun Feb 19, 2012 11:34 pm

Hi Marc Double channels back to back with a spacer underneath where the
seat rails will land is a mod that quite a few have made. probably not
necessary but not hard to do.

Hi all,

I'm just getting started with the forward cabin floor channels.

There are some pictures on the internet where there are dubble channels
installed.

Is this a modification which I've missed or are these personal
modifications?
Is it necessary to put in dubble channels?

Any reply is much appreciated.

Regards,

Marc

Hi,
That sounds like a good reason to me.
Where is the spacer situated?

Opps that was a poor explanation sorry. The spacer goes between the channels to make the total width of the 2 channels the same as the width of the seat rail. The spacer could be made of anything and doesn't even have to be permanent.
