I am looking as saving your tip below for future use, but then I got to
wondering if there is a noticeable difference between an aircraft on floats,
and one on wheels. If an aircraft is to be used on wheels only, would you
still use the 0.7 or 0.8 setting?

[rebel-builders] horizontal stab install for wheels only?

Wheels or floats Tim.. it's the same deal. You are still flying the same C
of G range. Doesn't really seem to matter how I'm loaded.. wheels or
floats.. my elevator tip has always sat in that position in cruise. The ones
I've done at .7/.8 fly pretty much tip flush with stab and they have
similar.. if not more nose heavy... empty c of g's than mine.
