everything... I think. I got large head rivets for the fiberglass windshield
retainer there.
When oversizing, "some guys" have even been known to address aesthetic
issues (a.k.a. obfuscation opportunities) that can arise. For example, if
you have two holes needing oversize, separated by one that's still OK, "some
guys" might even drill out and replace the center one too, if a row of three
looks better and/or makes all of them less noticeable.
Not that I've ever done it, it's just what I've heard. ;-)
