bell crank CC-47

Post by bransom » Sun Feb 19, 2012 6:15 pm

I see a few questions in the archive but no answers. The aileron bell crank
just left of the control column: Does the short arm get mounted forward?
Dimensions look like that is what is intended, but ???

And maybe this just is a matter of frustration ...next getting to the W-62
round spacers above and below the bell crank bearing. If MAM can supply
3/4" pieces with a 1/4" hole, couldn't they as easily have supplied two 3/8"
pieces with 5/16" holes? True, I've got 20 minutes to cut it roughly in half,
sand the face smooth enough, and drill it out, but after scratching my head
over lack of info on the bell crank, then this ...it makes me check my
patience a bit.
