Looking for Rebel Builder

Hello Group:

I am researching three-blade propeller information and have a photo of an Amphib Rebel painted white with red and blue stripes sporting such a propeller. The photograph shows that the amphibs are also painted white with the same red and blue horizontal stripes. There is a "can't miss it" red Canadian Maple Leaf logo painted on the tail (nice touch). Can't quite make out the "N"/"C" number though, so I am not sure if it is Canadian or U.S.

Was wondering if the owner of this Rebel Amphib is on this group so I could talk to him off list about propellers on amphibs. If not, maybe it is possible that someone might have contact information (email/phone etc.)? Any help would be appreciated.
