mystery bulkheads/ribs?

I have 32 little bulkhead or rib looking parts that come in with the
floats.They are a triangle shape top flanges are about 6",bottom ones
a little less.There is 3 tooling holes and 6 # 40 holes in each.No
part #'s.They don't go on the floats that I can see.Any guesses?
