[rebel-builders] rivets in AIL-27

Post by Jeff Micheal » Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:46 pm

Hi Kevin,

Your AC Kit must be of the older generation. What is your Serial Number?
The AIL-27 part of the newer generation actually have five (5) holes in
them.

If I may suggest, it's best if you can give as much information/details
about your question as you can; such as a specific page or figure in the
build manual that your working on. You're pretty much guaranteed to get a
reply to your question, otherwise it can sometimes be left open ended.

Cheers,
Jeff

Hi Kevin,

Welcome to the group! Jeff's right; depending on which kit you have, older
or newer, the number of holes vary in the AIL-27 flange. No matter which
you have, though, they all get cs rivets.

If you do have an older kit (like me, #207)it would help you to have the
newest copy of the manual. I have found myself going back and forth
between the two as I've built. If you want, contact me email direct and I
can help you with some other stuff I've learned regarding old vs new.
