New post, first question to rebel builders.

Does anyone know if the forward attachment brackets for the wings are to be reamed out to 3/4" as stated in the manual? Because we are told to use an " AN10 bolt ? This is 5/8. Perhaps we are to use a bushing? If so I've missed this in the instructions.
