Oshkosh Update

Hello Everyone,

Deb and I had a great time at Osh. This was our first time and we're already making plans to go next year. We saw several fellow builders incl Si Smith and sons, Ted Waltman, Charlie Eubanks, and John Gleason. We wanted to track down Bob P and Dick Wampach and some others but weren't able to. I forgot my list and the numbers in my phone were their home numbers! Nice. We have got to get some rebels to the next airshow. I heard there were two but I only saw Si Smith's. Two other folks we talked to told us that Murphy had closed their doors and I know that's not true. Shows how the rumors get going. We also attended a Cub fly-in in New Holstein and that was lots of fun. About 80 planes were there, mostly cubs. If I didn't have the rebel Deb would want to buy a cub. Maybe she does anyhow!

Today I had the fun of retroactively starting to move my F wall back. I didn't finish the job but the only pieces salvageable were the panel and the Fus-ll's (side panels). I'll have to make a new Fus-8, Fus-9's, and Fus-7. This is how I roll. Things were going to good and I needed to create a problem. I'll be better off when it's done, though. I just wish I had done it when I was there earlier.

I just posted some things for sale on the builder site. An elite dash, rebel tailwheel set-up, and a slpit flaps kit. BTW, there's a complete Elite kit on Barnstormers for $15,000. Craig
