Drilling holes strut
Mike,
If the good denizens of the Rebel List dont have a scrap of strut to trace here are two alternates. The machinist supply houses have a tool that has many small wires in a holder that allows the wires to take the form of objects it is pressed against. That allows duplication of the contour. Another option would be to hold a piece of rough (80) sandpaper tightly on the strut and sand a block of foam to the correct contour.
