I use Microsoft Expression 2 Web, but still end up doing a lot of the code
by hand. Dreamweaver is very popular, but expensive for personal use. I've
done a couple of web sites recently that I am proud enough of that the
builder's site is really starting to bug me... but as with everything else,
finding the time to remake something that is working fine is tough to do.
You might want to drop Ted Waltman a line to get his opinion, as he has done
a lot more of this than I, and has done some very nice work.
