[rebel-builders] 0-200 MOTOR MOUNT/insurance

Post by Ken » Sun Feb 19, 2012 5:02 pm

For about the same $ in Canada I get 1 million smooth and $60k hull.
This year I asked for a second quote for $50k hull and they said same
price. I have a good hunk of tailwheel time logged though which they
said was important. I keep thinking I'll drop the hull coverage but then
they bump the liability to about $500. which means going to COPA
insurance would probably make sense. A four seat nosewheel C-172 can be
insured for around 20% less IIRCC.
