Just a suggestion - maybe we could get together at
the Beer Tent about 5:00 or so - it's out near the Nature
Center, and easy to find, because of the big yellow balloon
they fly ! We could eat, drink, & socialize before the
band starts ....
Wherever we do decide, please try to bring along a
sign with "Murphy" on it for the table(s) .... I'll try to
remember to bring one too ....
Any thoughts on a good 'meeting place' to leave
notes, etc. ?? Maybe the Clamar Floats booth (429 ?) -
a Canadian operation we know. Montana Floats won't
be there - nor quite a few others ....

Which sounds like a good plan: However, as we all know, the place keeps
changing.
I will check to see if the Beer Tent is still in operation, and I will leave
a note at the Clamar Booth for us Murphy Folk.
BUT, for the first meeting, Lets try this:
At 4:00 PM there is a forum scheduled in the Honda forums plaza, at building
number 004 , AirBP Pavilion, a presentation about dispatcher job
opportunities. I suspect that this forum will end early, and the place will
be empty.
So lets meet in the back of Pavilion 004 at 5:00 PM. From there we can head
for the Beer Tent, if it can be found, or take a vote and do what seems like
a good idea at the time.
So that is the plan
Monday, 5:00 PM. Pavilion 004 in the Honda Forms Plaza, in the back of the
building.
From there we can plan additional meetings at locations that seem best.
Those folks who are coming into the show later can call me for any updates
