Correct dimension needed

Figure 9.4.4 of the Elite tail cone assembly calls for drilling 9
holes that would locate the lower elevator pulley bolt 1 1/8-in above
the ST-31 channel. That dimension can't be correct because it would
position the bottom of the FUS-411 pulley bracket below the ST-31
channel where it would interfere with the bottom skin. What is the
correct dimension?
