Moose: Rudder cables--turnbuckle?

Post by Ted Waltman » Sun Feb 19, 2012 4:26 pm

Is there any reason I shouldn't use turnbuckles in the rudder cable runs?
I'm thinking of putting a turnbuckle on each side just in front of the
bulkhead G to: 1) make It easier to adjust rudder pedal tension, 2) make it
easier to take off the rudder or replace a cable end without having to
replace the entire cable if every req'd [& not go thru the process of
cutting a nicopress sleeve to do so].

Thank you for input.
