A few years ago, Grove offered to make up a set of gear for
a Rebel, but, AFAIK, he never got an order for it.
Why not just go with the stock bungee gear - it's lighter,
strong, and easy to change over for floats ! :-)
..... and you can add die springs, if you want a smoother ride.
There are trade-offs with all alternatives ....
