Master cylinder mounting

Post by Jesse Jenks » Sun Feb 19, 2012 12:08 pm

I am starting to mount my rudder pedals, and remember lots of comments about
modifying the bottom brake master cylinder mount point to the floor instead
of the bracket on the rudder pedals. I am wondering how much of a
"preference" mod this is. It sure would be a lot more convenient to use the
existing brackets. Can someone with the standard setup comment on how well
the system works? I assume the issue with the stock setup is that the brake
pedal angle at full rudder travel becomes uncomfortable, but is there a way
adjust that to compensate?
Thanks
Jesse
