[rebel-builders] saet carving

Post by steve whitenect » Sun Feb 19, 2012 12:00 pm

Jim made me two seat cushions last year while I was in Osh. Good guy. The
seats are in four layers and the trip back was alot more comfortable. I only
had plans on doing the pilot seat until my companion "wined" about his tired
derriere so I had both done! I believe the bottom two layers are heavy foam
followed by a layer of medium and the light on top. It is, however,
extremely hard in the cold and takes some time to shape to yr butt. Was
thinking of putting the original ones back in for the winter but didn't fly
enough.

One of the sources for ConforFoam (Tempurpedic by a different name) is Jim
Fix at Hi-Tec Foam.
