Rebel-Wing stringers

Post by Keith Leitch » Sun Feb 19, 2012 11:42 am

I am assembling the stringer to the Right wing and the
manual states to trim the stringers 3/32"for the six
stringers on the leading edge. Chapter 10.6.6

Then there is a note stating to trim the left wing LE
stringers by 3/4" and under that there is a diagram
showing 4 stringers behind the main spar offset by
3/4". Is this for both wings or just the left?

I already assembled the bottom skin with the stringers
flush to the edge before I realized that this diagram
may be for both wings. Is it alright (if needed) to
just cut 3/4" off of the on stringer or is it needed
to extend out the tip end for any reason?

Thak you,
Keith R661
