Hi:
I have just gotten my engine mount and I have not recieved any mounting
hardware...or instruction! Would like to know what others have done looks
like AN-6? High Strength? looks a little hard to use a castle nut with pin
and if I am correct should not use a nylon lock nut in the engine
compartment?
Thanks Murray

Moose Engine Mount
Moose Engine Mount
Murray, I believe the MAM mount is standard AN6. Our mount is a little
different and uses AN7 but we put a nylon lock nut on the inside of the fire
wall. Maybe a metal lock nut would be better but I imagine if the heat was
enough on the inside to cause a problem I wouldn't be around to know about
it. If someone knows this is really a problem I will change mine to metal.

Moose engine mount
Happy New Year Everyone,
Have a question someone can probably answer.
Other than MAM, is there anyone else supplying M14-P engine mounts for the Moose?
Thanks, Jack Joos ,SR193
