Did we lose over a year of the archives? There is a jump from 2/3/2003 to
5/31/2003. When I search for subjects discussed in the last few months I get
nothing.

Thanks Wayne,
I am still just trying to learn as much as I can before my tail arrives. I
had been asking about tools, and searching the archives. I will ask more
questions as they come up. Losing all the picture files is a real downer too,
hopefully we can get some more good ones.

I'm thinking the best tact at reloading pictures is if you (or anyone else)
have(has) a specific problem let me know and I will see what I have. Don't
have much in the tailfeathers though as that was pre digital camera for me.
Have it all on Kodak paper, but not on hard drive. If really stuck I could
scan and load, but only if you're desperate!
I don't have that many extra hours a day this time of year to be loading
everything I can think of that was in the archives. In between the airplane
repairs/annuals/etc, I've got'ta keep the pool clean....just so it's stable
enough to close back up in 4 months :o( and all this darn grass to cut, etc,
etc and oh yah..trying to keep a promise to myself to get back to what I
originally liked about aviation and trying to log at least 5 hours a week in
an airplane! )). Only got 10.4 hr in for May...but have a good start on
June with 3.5 hrs already and a 4 hr x country planned for Tuesday! )

have(has) a specific problem let me know and I will see what I have. Don't
have much in the tailfeathers though as that was pre digital camera for me.
Have it all on Kodak paper, but not on hard drive. If really stuck I could
scan and load, but only if you're desperate!
I don't have that many extra hours a day this time of year to be loading
everything I can think of that was in the archives. In between the airplane
repairs/annuals/etc, I've got'ta keep the pool clean....just so it's stable
enough to close back up in 4 months :o( and all this darn grass to cut, etc,
etc and oh yah..trying to keep a promise to myself to get back to what I
originally liked about aviation and trying to log at least 5 hours a week in
an airplane! )). Only got 10.4 hr in for May...but have a good start on
June with 3.5 hrs already and a 4 hr x country planned for Tuesday! )

too,Thanks Wayne,
I am still just trying to learn as much as I can before my tail arrives. I
had been asking about tools, and searching the archives. I will ask more
questions as they come up. Losing all the picture files is a real downer
allhopefully we can get some more good ones.

Did you reply to the confirmation e-mail... that's what that message is for,
to confirm that the e-mail address subscribed really belongs to someone who
wants to be on the list. Otherwise you could sign up anybody you wanted.

You must have been on in the midst of the upgrade yesterday Jesse, I just
tried it now and it worked great. Did a search for "tail wheel" and got 454
hits in about 10 seconds. The new server is about twice as fast as the old
one, so searches should be noticably faster.

Mike Davis,
Just happened to notice. Look at the Archive link that attaches itself to Rebel posts, it points to a mail server now. Didn't think that was correct.
