build times

Guys,

Last week folks were discussing building times. As I
was away from home I apologize for the late reply.
Here is the breakdown for Super Rebel #131:

Tail and wing kit total (complete kit, NOT
fastbuild):650 hours

Fast build fuselage 165 hours and still going - Doors,
windows, interior gussets, floor, and baggage area so
far.


Here are some breakdowns for individual components:

Horz stab = 49 hours
Elevator = 91 hours
Rudder 22 hours
Vertical stabilizer = 26 hours
Flaps = 33 hours
Ailerons = 47 hours
Wings = remaining not listed above

I laugh because each step in the building process
typically took very little time. Then the dreaded
step:

"Disassemble, dubur, chromate, and rivet together."

That step usually involved many hours!!!
