Hi guys,
I see the posted chart is the same as what MAM had sent me a few years
back. However, it's use is rather mysterious without the instruction and
example sheet that I had received. I've posted that in the same area
(404-General Documentation).
BTW, my $.02 on any substitution -- it is like any other part of the
airplane, i.e. up to builder choice, but carries responsibility for doing
the substitution without compromising the integrity of the airplane. When
I had consulted MAM on my rivet substituion interest, Robin had related to
me a case of improper substitution resulting in a SR tail (i think) more or
less unzipping. ...not the best log book entry, eh? On the other hand, he
was very supportive of what I wanted to do and my doing it correctly. Good
deal.
