After 11 years of sitting outside the parflex brake line at the lower

For
those that changed to alum tubing how long did it take you? (this was going
to be this winters project) . Might just replace using the parflex again
so I
can finally get up again and do the metal later. Is MAM open Saturdays? I
read one post that MAM shipped some floats used something else that the
parflex. What other brands are equivalent to the Parker, would like to stay
with the clear.

Hi Ray You should be able to get parflex locally. I used an equivelent line
from a truck parts supplier. It's for air brakes and is OK for oil as well
it's black instead of clear though. I'm using the same type of line for my
hydraulics as well with good results. I imagine that changing to aluminum
would be quite a pain on completed floats and add quite a bit of weight
with all the fittings and rubber hose required.
