The Rebman's construction manual was a document I got from the board a
couple
months ago. It was sent as an attachment, I think, and only just recently
have
I been able to open it. I don't have the original post that went with it and
I'd like to know who sent it to ask some questions.

If anybody has the original posting, I'd like it again. There are some CAD's
referred to which I am missing.

There is one name, Kerry J. Sterner, on the doc.

If you'd like, I'll post the translated document that I do have.
