Mike:

I can get you the Imron colour numbers if interested. This paint job was
actually an interpretation of one I did on a Twin Comanche years ago which
the people at Goderich wound up using in their advertising literature.
Perhaps I'll post a pic as a matter of interest. The Twin Com actually
looked better, but then it is a prettier airplane to start with. If she
hasn't got the body, tthere's only so much you can do with fancy clothes!
Some folks say the chevrons on the tail are Piper, but I think theirs had
the horizontal part at the bottom. The idea came from the old BOAC (British
Overseas Airways Corporation, for the youngsters) logo and got simplified.
Only a hiker would say that an Elite on floats is a "Speedbird", however!
