If the side windows are Lexan, you can treat it like wood ! :-)
The shears for straight sections, and hacksaw or snips for
corners. Sand smooth on belt sander.... If holes are required,
make them oversize, so the plastic can float with temperature
changes - it can grow as much as 1/4" in summer heat !
If they are PlexiGlas or other acrylic, than the Dremel tool
is the greatest !! Use a 1/2" or so cutting disc, move slowly,
letting it melt the plastic a bit, and be careful on corners not
to move too quickly or twist too much, or the disk will dig in
and might shatter ... The windshield is definitely PlexiGlass.
