Builders Meeting Photo

Have posted a picture of the fly-in Rebels at the meeting -

Info, to see details on who is who ! :-)
Thanks to Jim Cole for the picture - I was too busy to take any !

As well as the fly-in Rebels, we had a couple of Elite
builders from Quebec (a 6 hour drive !!), and a couple more from
near Rochester, NY ! (Made an Elite cheering section.. ;-) )
Also, we welcomed a new Moose Builder, and a new Renegade owner,
and a few folks who might just buy a Murphy kit one day ! ;-) :-)

Ken Lehman did his usual great job with the Rebel forum, AND
took home the "Copper Cleco Trophy" for most progress since the
last meeting - after a close chase by Mike Jones ! Mike brought
along a lot of stuff for Show n Tell, and an Everbright demo,
but, because i let the "view visiting Rebels" section run too long,
had to leave - but he promissed to bring it all back for next time ! :-)
Two lucky builders won the draws for Murphy hats/ Rebel crests, and
Phil won the special draw for Flying Rebels only - a large bottle of
Dish Drops concentrated dish cleaner, and a sprayer ! This stuff is
absolutely FANTASTIC for removing grease & oil from Rebel Bellies !! :-)

First time for a long while that ALL 5 dozen donuts, and most
of the bagels, and 2 batches of coffee, all went ! GREAT !!!!

on Sunday November 13 ! Everybody welcome !

Hi Walter

It finally doesn't feel like the closer I get - the farther I am....
The plan is to paint it within the coming month before we lose the nice
weather. That should set me up for next year. There are a few items to
clean up but nothing major. Feels good to have the wings on! Felt even
better when Angus took me for a flight on Sunday in his amphib- thanks
again Angus ;)

Next time you see Julius, please say thanks and mention how much we like
the rings for the float covers.
