Firewall fairing deleted

Post by Neil Hardie » Sat Feb 18, 2012 10:39 am

Ok so this is embarrassing but.... I had a senior moment and
inadvertantly deleted a detailed description of fairing the lower
firewall lip on a Rebel to assist in cooling. I do not even remember who
sent it( another senior moment) but if the sender could resend it to me
directly I would much appreciate it. Sorry to clog up the list with
this.

embarrassed in Brampton

Hi Neil: Don't be embarrASSed - we all go through it - more frequently then
I care to admit. I did not keep that thread as Rebel 652 does have the fire
wall lip that is mentioned. I took that tip from Wayne O. when I was
building and incorporated it in as I was building up the firewall area.Bob J

Neil,

The description is in the archives.
Just do a search using "text body" with the words Firewall Fairing.

FWIW I use the search alot even doing a search for specific pieces before
assembling sections brings up great info.

Well now I am even more embarrassed since my Rebel already has what I
was going to change. Thanks to Bob Johnson for the response and the
firewall lip Brad and Bob P who is in Brampton but not embarrassed!
