If you look at the new pics I've uploaded it's easy to see exactly where the
problem is. I've sent an e-mail to tech support with those photos attached,
so hopefully I'll have 2 new skins on the way shortly.

I have just finished my left and right flaps & ailerons on my Elite; I had
trouble getting the rib length right so that the overlapping skin edges
sat
properly on the spar; it took me a lot of very short sandings of the rib
ends
to get the correct adjustment. As for your uploaded photo pertaining to
the
skin. On my flaps, the distance from the centre of the hole for the bottom
tab to the centre of the bend radius is 3/4". Your phograph suggest
otherwise. Maybe MAN have incorrectly punched the holes. It happened
on my skin on the horizontal elevator; MAN replaced the skin at no cost to
me including airfreight to Sydney, Australia.
