they will start to buldge after a couple rough strips and will buckle after
a good hard landing.
Then again if you are sticking with the tricycle gear configuration they
won't be an issue, as the load will try to stretch them in a hard landing
instead of compressing them in the case of a tailwheel configured aircraft!

The fact remains that the FUS-70s do oilcan, and some kind of
