I have written an article on my ferry flight of Geert Frank's Subaru
Rebel from Georgia to New Hampshire. This story will be in the next issue
of the Rebel Rouser, but Rich has no objection to me publishing it here,
too.

My question is - it is fairly long, about 6 pages of text file, plus
the photos (when I get them scanned ...). I am reluctant to just send this
to the list, filling your mailboxes, without asking first ....

What's the opinion of the group - should I post it to all ????

Thanks !!!

Long articles and large photos don't bother me in the least..

I have a full-time cable connection to the internet...

Bob, if you'd like you can send it as an attachment to me personally, and I
can post it on the web site. Then a link can be published to the list so
only those who want to view it will need to pull down all that text.

Bob

Yes post the article and the float mods. You could break the article into
more
than one post if you think it might choke some servers.

I have done all the factory bulletins and increased the tail wrap to 0.032
because of other complications. The skin doubler would of been much easier
of
course. By extra bulkheads, I presume you are just referring to the bulkhead
that the forward tail spring bolt goes through now. (Dramatically easier to
install than the old laminated strips BTW)

The older bulletins were never put online so one can not assume they have
seen
them all just by looking at MAM's website. The skin doubler is not a
bulletin.
The triangular pieces that tie the sides of the tail wrap to the fuselage
side
skins ahead of the tail wrap certainly is a bulletin though and I don't
think it
is online.

Thanks, Mike ! It seems that everybody wanted me to post it directly,
so I've done that .....

It doesn't seem to have come through, though .... maybe there's a
problem with the attachments ????

If you can snag it & put everything up for folks to access, that may
be the best/only way it will work !

Thanks for the help !
