month. Yes, no more than 3* with a guide, especially with the Eagle eyed
inspectors we have here in Ontario. The rudder cables will need pulleys at
the transition from cabin to tailcone for sure, based on the base Rebel and
most likely more at the very back with the Elite being a bit different back
there. The Elevator cables need a pulley (or a pair is nicer) between the
seats to bring the cables down off the control column horns and then some
more at the very back of the tailcone to take them up to the elevator mixer
on a Rebel, and if the Elite is like the SR they will need another set of
pulleys once the cables get up to the forward fin post to transition to the
elevator horns. The Rebel transfers from cable to push pull rods in the tail
for the Elevator, where as the SR is completely cables at the back (with
push pull at the front), not sure what the Elite does but I suspect cables
all the way!
Cheers,
Wayne

*-------------------------------------------------------------------------*I have been told that the maximum allowable angle for cable guides is 3
degrees. Can someone confirm this? Working with this assumption I am
having an enjoyable time trying to figure out how to run the rudder
cables on my Elite. The front is OK if you place the pedals close enough
to the side walls but the back is more mysterious. Any suggestions?
