SR rudder pulleys on inside

Another vote for inside. We had to put spacers under the brackets on the
inside of the firewall because the inner brackets overlapped the center box
flange. I put a stainless doublers on the outside of each to block the
original holes and for strength. Also replaced four of the rivets in each
with AN3 bolts, didn't like all the tension on just 10 rivet heads with them
on the inside.


Just uploaded two pictures. screwed up, one is in S-systems, other in
S-fuselage..
