it's OK to use with auto fuel, like the newer Randolph 912 (?).) I started
soaking pieces of aluminum with the old sealant cured to it, in a jar of
auto
gas (with methanol) and 2- 1/2 years later it's still adhering to the
aluminum and has to be scraped off with a blade.
I sloshed one of my tanks with Randolph's 100 LL compound (NOT FOR AUTO FUEL)
I also used the same slosh on my godsons motorcycle tank which had a seepage
problem. 175 CC dirt bike two stroke. Within in two weeks it lifted of the
tank surface. Luckily it came loose in almost one piece kind of like a
balloon. I did prep the bike tank with multiple flushing of MEK and a box of
1/4-20 nuts rattled around to knock any crud loose. IMHO I would not chance
using auto gas with it.
