The neighbor caught me taxing out to rebreak-in the brakes on newly resurrected N616PM. Glade I caught her cause it was gonna consider getting some wind UNDER my tire so to speak.
As soon as I can get the FAA paperwork for the prop change it will be flying again.

Something like 2007 they came up with an 'Heir-in-Law' form. If you purchase from an estate you have to have this form or a Court certified document stating ...
