Very good point! I had not spotted that. I would also note that the total "energy" or Ahr are fairly low compared to a typical battery. I'm wondering if these would not be better suited as a backup than a primary. Especially for all the electronics we are seeing these days in the cockpit. Rick Mulle...

Interesting dialog and debate here. I started this saga by taking a look at the gauges I had that my Dad gave me. They came out of his Lancair when he decomissioned it. Most are in good shape.
