Hi Ted,

I've looked at the Austin Hdwr catalog, but it's not obvious that the flush mounted latches can be operated from the inside.
Which specific Austin latch item are you using?

Ted, I don't have any extra brass bushings, but they are not hard to make even without a lathe. I had a need for an extra 6-8 bushings and made them by cutting out 1.25" dia washers from 0.063" brass sheet stock using a flycutter in a drill press and adding a 0.5" center hole with a Unibit.
